First Class Strata Services (Tracey Hough) has been the Strata Manager for Victoria Apartments at 1 Royal Street, East Perth for approximately the last seven years, during which period I have been the Chairman of the Council of Owners.
During all my dealings with Tracey, I have found her to be honest, professional and supportive throughout this period. She and her staff have always provided information and advice requested from them in a timely and courteous manner and we have at all times enjoyed a mutually advantageous and productive relationship.
During her tenure as Strata Manager, we have undertaken some major building maintenance tasks (external re-painting) and internal foyer upgrade works, in addition to numerous regular and unscheduled maintenance works from time to time. Tracey has assisted us in these activities whilst at the same time managing the day-to-day affairs of the strata and producing the annual strata accounts in a timely manner.
Tracey has always provided support and advice on strata procedural matters and managed insurance claims on our behalf when requested.
I have been involved with residential and commercial strata spanning a period in excess of 40 years and over three states. During that time, I have dealt with numerous strata managers, resulting in developing a good understanding of how strata managers work and the relationship between the owners and the strata manager.
