It provides a range of hard copy and digital products useful for accessing information on strata title properties. Landgate can provide you with a copy of your strata plan and any added by-law as well as your certificate of title for a small fee.
Department of Commerce – Consumer Protection
Consumer Protection offers a wide range of information on owning or renting a home. It sets out the regulations that are required to be met by the various parties involved with strata title and their entitlements. Complaints may be received from consumers, settlement agents, real estate agents or sales representatives, or other interested parties.
